Are Mad Hippie products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are certified cruelty-free by PETA. Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of our SPF which uses a small amount of sustainably sourced beeswax.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. We use glass bottles, BPA-free plastic pumps, and our boxes are printed with soy inks on FSC-certified paper. We also partner with TerraCycle for hard-to-recycle components.
